Works Great for Swimmers Too
I open water swim year round in the Seattle area both in skins and in a triathlon wet suite. As long as there is not lightning, I swim in sun, wind, rain, sleet, and snow. Changing out of a swim suite or wet suite during the winter months is always a challenge due to numb fingers and a shivering body. This changing parka is awesome in being able to get wet stuff off and dry clothes on without risking an accidentally dropped towel. Obviously it is not windproof, but wearing it sure beats the cold wind on your bare back while you change so it does help keep you warmer. The material is soft. With the exception of the arm holes, it is stitched along the sides which I like. For the swimmers out there, if you are not willing to drop well over $100 for a quality swim parka, I highly recommend this one. It does the job well. 5 stars for being functional in performing well as advertised and more well made than other changing parkas I have seen.
